WORKING WITH YOUR 7 CHAKRAS
HEALING, BALANCING AND ACTIVATION

After the 3-week preparation phase, you are ready to release the old and receive the new. To maximize the effect of this process you must focus on the chakra of the day by spending 5-10 minutes in meditation right after you wake up in the morning.
If you are not familiar with your body’s chakra system, before you begin listening to the guided meditation, take a moment to detail the image included and the location of the chakra that you will be working on.
Next, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 5 to 10 minutes. Find a comfortable position to sit, preferably cross-legged on the floor, and if that’s difficult, sit on a chair with your back and your shoulders straight.
Take a few deep breaths and calm your body and mind.
